This is the " Robin" pre-release promo Button / Pin, from the 1995 movie. I think these were distributed in the lobby of movie theaters. Near Mint in original condition (glare on button from flash, always a chance of a few minor blemishes from storage of the years). About 2.12" inches across and 3.12" high never used.
