Signed during the time period when she was a singer in Will Osbourne's Orchestra. This signature predates her stint with Benny Goodman's band. Also signed by A.V. Dupre, drummer for the Johnnie Scat Davis orchestra. Comes with an original 1953 fashion still photo of Peggy Lee in the film, "The Jazz Singer". From her beginning as a vocalist on local radio to singing with Benny Goodman's big band, Lee created a sophisticated persona, writing music for films, acting, and recording conceptual record albums combining poetry and music.
